First bike wreck
Felix got a juicy bit of road rash on his first “proper” bike crash on the way into town today. He handled it very well, shuffling to the nearest taxi rank with blood dripping down his arms and legs. Today the kids loved playing with the dandelion clocks along the shady riverside trails only a hot spring afternoon.
How my son sees me
My 7 year old son surprised me the other day when he presented me with this portrait he had drawn. My palpable delight was, it must be said, by some surprise at how he sees me. At least I’m smiling!
